a. You experience technical issues that prevent access to the purchased course and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable time.
b. You were charged in error or for a duplicate transaction.
c. The course or service you purchased was canceled or discontinued by MedInnovate.org before you could access it.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You have already accessed or completed a significant portion of the course content.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You failed to meet system or connectivity requirements on your end.
  • You did not use the course or service within the access period provided.

  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

Our team will review your request and respond within five (5) to ten (10) business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

5. Refund Method and Timeline

If a refund is approved, funds will be returned using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment platform but generally take between 7–14 business days after approval.

6. Course Cancellations or Platform Errors

If MedInnovate.org cancels a course, event, or service due to unforeseen circumstances, registered users will be offered one of the following options:

  • A full refund, or
  • Enrollment in an alternative course or program of equivalent value.

7. Subscription or Membership Plans

If you have subscribed to a recurring membership or access plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, payments already processed for the current billing cycle will not be refunded. Future renewals will be canceled upon your request.

8. Third-Party Payments

If you enrolled or paid through a third-party platform (such as a payment gateway, marketplace, or affiliate site), refunds must comply with that provider’s refund policies. MedInnovate.org is not responsible for delays or issues arising from external payment systems.

9. Non-Transferability

Refunds, course credits, and access rights are non-transferable and may only be issued to the original purchaser or registered account holder.
